Two projects with the same name, an online store or an ERP, can need very different work: other processes, other integrations, other data to move. The audit follows your real orders first, then the plan gives a fixed price and a date for each stage.

No. Prices and invoices are in euro, for clients in Ireland, the UK and the US alike. Your bank converts the payment when you pay from a pound or dollar account.

Hosting, maintenance, updates, backups, the subscriptions to outside software such as Shopify, Xero or your payment provider, and any new work. The plan lists them apart from the build, so you can compare the full cost over a year.

Not for the systems we build. You pay for the work and for hosting. Subscriptions you already have, such as Xero or Cin7, keep their own pricing.
