You check the project details and tell us who will provide the final feedback.

STAGE 02

We collect the materials

We ask only for the information we need, in an order that is easy to follow.

You receive a clear list of text, images, documents and access details.
We keep the materials in the project so they do not get lost in emails or separate conversations.
We quickly flag what is missing and what could block the next stage.

YOUR ROLE

You upload the requested materials or point us to the person who can provide them.

STAGE 03

We build in stages

We work in visible steps, not through a long period without updates.

We start with the structure and decisions that affect the whole project.
We continue with design, content and development according to the services in the proposal.
We update the progress and mark what is in progress, waiting for feedback or complete.

YOUR ROLE

You follow the progress and answer questions that require a business decision.

STAGE 04

We collect feedback

Clear, centralized feedback helps us keep the pace and direction.

We present the deliverables at the agreed review points.
We keep the feedback in one place and turn it into concrete actions.
We separate corrections within the approved scope from new ideas that could change the timeline or budget.

YOUR ROLE

You send one consolidated response from your team and confirm the priorities.

STAGE 05

We review and approve

Before launch, we go through the final result together.

We test the functions, forms, mobile display and the scenarios that matter to the project.
We fix the identified problems and complete the final review.
We ask for your explicit approval before publishing or handing over the project.

YOUR ROLE

You complete the final business review and confirm that we can launch.

STAGE 06

We launch and stay close

Launch is an important moment, not the end of communication.

We publish the project according to the plan and monitor the essential functions.
We hand over the access details, instructions and materials included in the project.
We set the support period and, where relevant, the way we will handle maintenance and future development.

YOUR ROLE

You tell us about any post-launch observations through the agreed support channel.
